As an Account Director, you will own a segment of existing RealSelf providers, with responsibility for maintaining and growing revenue while monitoring on-site performance to ensure providers are realizing value from their RealSelf investment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, ad sales, or performance-driven revenue roles
- Experience managing and growing a meaningful book of business with revenue accountability
- Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and benchmarks to influence customer decisions
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers
- A consultative mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue outcomes
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, ad tech, or performance marketing environments preferred
