Live-In Maintenance Technician

The live-in Maintenance Technician assists in cleaning and ensuring the proper physical maintenance of the property, living on-site and performing on-call duties.

Requirements

• Background in residential property management or related business experience (skilled-trade, handyperson)
• Strong customer service and selling skills
• Excellent communication skills to deal with residents, prospects, colleagues and trades
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
• Demonstrated cleaning skills
• Ability to drive small vehicles, tractors, etc.
• Ability to lift and push heavy objects 50-100lbs, including garbage bins, furniture and appliances or perform snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
