Job Description
Live-In Maintenance Technician assists in cleaning and ensuring the proper physical maintenance of the property, performing on-call duties and managing maintenance, cleaning, and customer service responsibilities. The position requires a background in residential property management or related experience, strong customer service and selling skills, and ability to perform minor repairs and drive small vehicles.
Requirements
- Background in residential property management or related business experience
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- Excellent communication skills to deal with residents, prospects, colleagues and trades
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
- Demonstrated cleaning skills
- Ability to drive small vehicles, tractors, etc.
- Ability to lift and push heavy objects 50-100lbs
