Job Description
The Maintenance Technician assists in cleaning and ensuring the proper physical maintenance of the property. This position requires living onsite and performing on-call duties.
Requirements
- Background in residential property management or related business experience
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
- Demonstrated cleaning skills
- Ability to drive small vehicles, tractors, etc.
- Ability to lift and push heavy objects 50-100lbs
