Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to a high standard of integrity and working in a team environment
- Desire to grow your career and tackle new challenges
- Ability to succinctly explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate the best deal to maximize profitability
- Genuine interest/background in the real estate industry
- Scheduling flexibility is required as some shifts require holidays, late evening, or weekend hours
