We’re searching for a driven, dependable Executive Administrative Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our fast-growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work side-by-side with our Regional Owner/Broker and executive team while playing a hands-on role in the business's momentum and success.

Requirements

• Supporting daily operations and team needs
• Manage calendars, emails, phone calls, and meetings for the Regional Broker Owner with efficiency and precision
• Coordinate meetings between the Broker, clients, and agents, ensuring seamless communication and preparation
• Prepare professional reports, emails, phone calls, reports, and correspondence for internal and external use
• Handle confidential information, contracts, and documentation with discretion
• Attend staff meetings and actively contribute ideas to improve workflow and team collaboration
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing agents to support recruitment, engagement, and growth
• Compile and maintain team reports, tracking performance and operational metrics
