We're looking for an SMB Sales Manager to lead and scale our Velocity/SMB segment. This role is about building a high-performing, operationally excellent team that can manage a high volume of opportunities while keeping pipeline coverage strong.
Requirements
- 4+ years selling a technical product; developer or engineering sales experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years successfully managing a high-performing sales team
- A track record of coaching AEs to consistently hit and exceed quota in a high-velocity environment
- Experience working at a startup with fewer than 50 people
- At least 2+ years of tenure at one company, not a series of short stints
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to develop both early and mid-career AEs
- Ability to understand, pitch, and demo Recall.ai's products
- Experience standing up outbound motions, or working closely with BDR/SDR teams, with clear opinions on how it should be run today
- Strong judgment and adaptability; thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
