Job Description
At RecargaPay, we're on a mission to deliver the best payment experience for Brazilian consumers and small businesses. We're looking for a Business Unit FP&A Specialist to lead credit card financial oversight, planning, and analysis, with a strong understanding of Brazilian Credit Card and financial markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Experience in Credit Card financial management, ideally within Credit Card fintechs or Credit Card financial services sector
- Hands-on approach to day-to-day activities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Credit Card financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel (Google Sheets)
- Good knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, Spanish would be a plus
