Job Description
The part-time Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling emails, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, fluent in multiple languages, and comfortable with administrative duties.
Requirements
- Reception of visitors, colleagues, technicians, customers, and suppliers
- Following up on badges
- Mapping visitors and suppliers
- Answering phone calls
- Handling incoming emails
- Keeping the guide up-to-date
- Ordering taxis
- Ordering lunch for employees and meetings
