Job Description
The Student Receptionist will welcome visitors warmly, forward incoming calls, manage the mailbox, and handle post and courier shipments. They will also manage meeting rooms, snacks, and lunches, keep the user manual up-to-date, train the backup team, and support the administrative service.
Requirements
- Speak and write good Dutch, French, and English
- Be flexible
- Have hands-on administrative skills and be able to work efficiently with MS-Office
- Have a hospitality background
- Be able to work independently or in a team
- Have a learning attitude and be flexible towards the task package
