R&D senior associate - PLM Packaging Specification Compliance.

We are seeking an R&D senior associate to join our Research and Development team in Gurugram, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing packaging material specifications across Core Reckitt and driving the transformation of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.

Requirements

• Good degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Previous experience of leading teams or cross-functional projects
• Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Power BI data analysis tools
• Self-motivated with strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of corporate codes of conduct
