Job Description
Join our Research and Development team to lead technical product development on Innovation projects for the Lav & Surface Care R&D team. Utilize formulation skills and technical expertise to develop new products, technologies and benefits to address relevant consumer needs in support of brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Utilize formulation skills and technical expertise to develop new products, technologies and benefits to address relevant consumer needs in support of brand initiatives.
- Lead and advance multiple projects through the product development process
- Work cross-functionally and lead project teams to achieve key milestones and objectives
- Execute claim substantiation in support of new product and claims development
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop, prioritize and execute project portfolio
- Develop technical product strategies to support short-term and long-term innovation
- Incorporate Category Quality requirements into plans, ensuring compliance within the team
- Technical problem solving and troubleshooting when required ensuring issues are addressed without delay to projects
- Enforce quality mindset by 'Right first time' practice for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice
- Be aware, accountable for safety, health & environment in workplace all time to ensure free accident & good environment area of working
- Foster personal development growth with continuous coaching and feedback on career development as per the R&D Guiding Principles and Corporate Core Values
- Effectively develop and supervise assigned talent and prioritize resources to effectively advance assigned activities and projects
