Technical Services Associate Manager

The Technical Services Associate Manager is accountable for the on-going technical support and improvement of existing infant formula products, and the qualification of new products and processes at the Wanamingo Supply Center.

Requirements

• Partners with Operations, R&D, and Quality groups to ensure products are manufactured right the first time
• Works with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot operational problems and drive manufacturing improvements
• Manages scale up and qualification plans for new products
• Develops validation protocols and reports to qualify manufacturing and cleaning processes
• Interacts with FDA when onsite for audit as a subject matter expert
• Leverages knowledge of unit operations and engineering principles to troubleshoot processing and equipment issues
• Identifies and implements cost reduction / productivity improvements
• Sets technical standards for operations, maintenance, safety, and quality
• Applies understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory requirements to process design and qualifications
• Incorporates understanding of corporate safety and environmental standards into execution of product/process trials
• Continuously improve factory operational and technical capabilities to achieve business goals
