Senior Manager, Engineering

Recorded Future is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers building one of the world's most comprehensive global internet scanning platforms. The successful candidate will oversee multiple established teams and functions, including Scan Engine Development, Vulnerability and Signature Research, and Scan Operations and Site Reliability.

Requirements

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of vulnerability researchers, scan operations engineers, and software engineers across multiple geographies, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive environment.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Partner closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and stakeholders across the broader organization to align on scope, timelines, and solution designs.
• Engineering Excellence: Drive the continuous improvement of engineering practices, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features and updates, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Agile Practices: Implement and maintain agile methodologies for project tracking and documentation.
• AI-First Development: Champion an AI-first engineering culture across your teams, encouraging the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and practices in day-to-day development.
