Operation Manager - Bilingual English and Chinese

We are assisting an innovative and fast-growing company in the online gaming sector in the search for an Operation Manager to join their team. The role is fully remote, with regular Business Trips.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming operations, sportsbook or casino operations, or a related managerial role.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook markets, casino operations, and promotional mechanics.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with back-office systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and operational dashboards.
• Flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, or major sporting events.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain-based platforms is an advantage.
