Oversee financial operations and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage and optimize financial reporting processes using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to guide the company’s financial planning. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
7–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in healthcare preferred. Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis.
