Role Overview

Embed with strategic customers to assess their engineering workflows, data sources, and objectives. Design and implement custom integrations that connect customer tools into the platform. Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in customer environments.

What You Will Do

Build tailored data pipelines, connectors, and configurations that meet specific customer requirements. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with developer tooling ecosystems
• Proficient in reading, writing, and debugging code across multiple programming languages or environments
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, APIs, and ETL or ELT patterns
• Excellent communication skills
