
Job description
We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to join our team at an early-stage AI startup building a voice operating system for knowledge workers. As the first sales hire, you will build the commercial engine from the ground up and work directly with founders to shape the entire GTM strategy.
Own full-cycle enterprise sales from first touch to close, convert product-led growth into enterprise deals, build and execute expansion strategies within existing accounts, and create and scale the outbound + inbound GTM motion.
Ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, experience running full-cycle enterprise deals, and a strong track record closing mid-market or enterprise contracts.
