What You Will Do

Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, utilize AI tools to enhance candidate sourcing, collaborate with hiring managers, develop creative recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, analyze recruitment metrics, and foster a positive candidate experience.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, strong familiarity with modern recruiting tools, proven track record of successfully filling mid-senior level technical positions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Benefits
