Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant with strong experience in client acquisition and deal closing to join our team in Lebanon. The successful candidate will specialize in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Real Estate Sales, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who value international mobility, lifestyle investments, and premium services.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales (3-5 years minimum)
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and successfully perform cold calls
- Strong closing skills with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic required. French is a strong advantage
- Bachelors Degree preferred (business, sales, marketing, or related field)
