Assistent Bedrijfsleider

We are looking for an Assistant Business Leader to guide our restaurant with a lot of freedom. You'll be responsible for purchasing, administration, personnel matters, sales, and marketing. You'll lead the staff, guide, stimulate, and coach your colleagues, and ensure that your colleagues follow all the rules regarding work safety, hygiene, and safety. You'll work closely with the management team to smell and taste the delicious Italian dishes, and come up with great new lunches and dinners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in leadership in the hospitality industry
• HBO student level of thinking and working
• Friendly and cozy example for colleagues and guests
• Unity within team, diverse team, one task
