Chez van Rijn, a French bistro in Amsterdam, seeks a Head Chef with culinary education, leadership experience, and a passion for cooking to develop and renew the menu, direct the kitchen team, and ensure high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed a culinary education at level 3 or higher
- Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Creative, innovative, and a passion for cooking
- Strong communication skills and a team player and Dutch speaking
- Flexible availability, also in the evenings and weekends
- Familiar with the latest culinary trends and techniques
