Bouillon d’Amsterdam is a restaurant in Amsterdam that serves French comfort food with Amsterdam’s boldness. They are looking for a Head Chef to lead their international team of 10 chefs and guarantee taste, timing, and execution.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef in a large (hotel) kitchen
• Taste-driven with a classic foundation and focus on consistency
• Organizational strength with overview in tempo, mise-en-place, purchasing, and schedules
• Coaching leader who develops people and communicates clearly (Dutch and/or English)
• Cost discipline with understanding of food costs, margin, and menu engineering
• HACCP knowledge and high standards for safety and hygiene
• Hands-on working and visible in service
