PK Utrecht is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and contribute to the repositioning of the concept after a complete transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality, team, and results, and will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and involved team to give a beloved business a new life and a new look.

Requirements

• Developing and monitoring a seasonal and recognizable menu
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the entire kitchen team
• Managing inventory and procurement, monitoring costs, margins, and kitchen efficiency
