General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur. You will lead a high-volume restaurant with a significant turnover and a large team, shaping the future of Bar Karma.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality
• Strong in ensuring customer experience, making rosters, and efficiently organizing daily operations
• Flexible, including weekends, and preferably living in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam
• Financial insight to analyze results, control costs, and improve operational processes
• Proactive, stress-resistant, and able to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment
