Café George is a stylish hotspot in the heart of Amsterdam, located along the canal. We are looking for a General Manager to take the entire operation to a higher level.

Requirements

• Experience as a leader in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong hands-on mentality and visible on the floor
• Commercial and results-oriented
• Good communication skills (speaking Dutch is a plus)
• Strong in planning, organizing, and switching under pressure
• Eye for quality, service, and team development
