Senior Souschef (Nieuwe opening)

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to lead the team in our kitchen and ensure daily kitchen success. As the right hand of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for mise-en-place, service flow, and team development.

Requirements

• Experience as Sous Chef
• Organizational skills
• HACCP knowledge
• Understanding of waste, food cost, and portion control
• Ability to work under pressure
• Clear communication skills (Dutch and/or English)
• Ability to coach and train colleagues
