Souschef (Nieuwe opening)

We are looking for a Sous Chef for a new opening in the heart of Amsterdam. The ideal candidate has experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie and excellent organisational skills, including clear communication and coaching abilities. The role involves leading the kitchen team, ensuring mise-en-place and service flow, and replacing the Head Chef in their absence.

Requirements

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Organisational skills, including planning and working structured
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or English
• HACCP knowledge and focus on safety and hygiene
• Finance knowledge, including waste, food cost, and portion control
