We are looking for a Sous Chef for a new opening in the heart of Amsterdam. The ideal candidate has experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie and excellent organisational skills, including clear communication and coaching abilities. The role involves leading the kitchen team, ensuring mise-en-place and service flow, and replacing the Head Chef in their absence.
