Requirements

• In the role of Sous-Chef, you are jointly responsible with the head chef for the daily routine in the kitchen.
• You report to and advise the head chef and lose sight of the objectives.
• With your creativity, you know how to set up a beautiful menu and our guests are surprised by your professional cooking skills.
• With your enthusiasm, you know how to pass on your knowledge and skills to the rest of the kitchen team.
• You take the initiative in compiling new recipes and try them out and evaluate them.
• You take on challenges and immediately look for solutions.
• You prepare and monitor the quality of the dishes;
• You support the various parties and help where needed;
• You manage the inventory: you receive, calculate, check and make orders;
• You follow the safety regulations, such as Arbo and HACCP;
