We are looking for a driven professional with a love of cooking and hospitality to work as a Sous Chef in a modern and cozy hotel with a focus on taste, presentation, and team spirit.

Requirements

• Managing, supervising and inspiring the kitchen team
• Co-developing a modern, surprising menu
• Monitoring quality, presentation and work processes
• Efficient stock management and control of orders
• Supervising HACCP and a clean, organized kitchen
