Research Associate, Primary Pharmacology

Join our team as a Research Associate in Primary Pharmacology to design, plan, and execute experiments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing the latest advancements in assay technologies and automation. Your work will contribute to the development of small molecule therapeutics, driving our drug discovery projects forward. We are a clinical-stage TechBio company decoding biology to radically improve lives, with a platform infrastructure anchored in Salt Lake City, Utah and Milton Park, Oxfordshire.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc/Ph.D. in Oncology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related discipline;
• Expertise in in vitro assay development and optimisation;
• Hands-on experience with cell and enzymatic plate-based assays with practical knowledge of a wide range of assay technologies;
• Experience in small molecule high-throughput screening, including dose-response relationship analysis;
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional environment;
• Proficiency in sterile techniques and cell culture;
