Job Description
The IT System Administrator role involves supporting mission-critical programs through system installation, configuration, and integration of cloud, network, LDAP, and certificate-based infrastructure. Responsibilities include maintaining system health, troubleshooting, and client communication, as well as contributing to infrastructure-as-code processes like Docker and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts
- Understanding and experience with LDAP/Active Directory and security best practices
- Familiarity with AWS components (EC2, IAM, S3)
- Basic knowledge of container orchestration
- Ability to perform system health checks and basic troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
