The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent, leveraging recruitment best practices and processes within their local market.
Requirements
- University Degree required (Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or others). Postgraduate training in Human Resources is desirable.
- 5 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, distribution, or media industries.
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.
- Experience in using and analyzing data from external and internal sources.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish & English
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Accuracy & Confidentiality.
- Build effective relationships across the business.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A people person who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach.
