Job Description
Trase is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and operate the entire top-of-funnel system using AI tools, data enrichment, and automated workflows. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth, and be hands-on with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tooling. The role involves building and maintaining a go-to-market engine to scale the company's AI platform in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tooling
- Strong writer and communicator
- Systems thinker with ability to automate manual processes
- Experience with SQL, Python, or API for custom data pipelines (optional)
- Healthcare or health-tech experience (optional)
