Job Description
The Paralegal – Securities, Real Estate, and Lending is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and the organization’s legal functions. This individual plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s securities program, facilitating real estate and lending transactions, and helping ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or a related field.
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in securities, real estate, and lending transactions.
- Strong understanding of securities regulations, real estate laws, and lending practices.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and office technology.
