Job Description
Wilson Vet Co. is seeking a dedicated Staff Veterinarian to join their growing flock. The Staff Veterinarian plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive veterinary care and support for poultry health. This position involves conducting health assessments, performing diagnostics, and developing tailored treatment plans and preventative health programs.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited US institution
- Successful completion of the national veterinary board exam and eligibility for licensure in at least one US state
- Proficiency with general computer systems and the ability to quickly learn databases and software used by Wilson Vet Co.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel, including up to 10 overnight stays per month and local, non-overnight travel to farm locations within a reasonable driving distance
