Requirements
- At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience
- NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator
- Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations
- Excellent phone sales skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and a growth mindset
