Requirements

• At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience
• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations
• Excellent phone sales skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated coachability and adaptability
• Takes ownership of the client experience
