Requirements

• Guide each customer through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate customers on product benefits
• Generate Industrial Sales Leads
• Maintain sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain product knowledge and technical standards through continuous learning
• Restore footwear exchanges from truck visits and store for resale
• Assist Mobile Sales Representative on truck runs, fittings, and onsite service
• Prepare, load, and unload stock for mobile unit and warehouse
• Maintain quality service through organization quality system standards
• Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company's core values
• Build collaborative relationships between employees
