Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development and maintenance of their Unified Embeddings Platform. This role involves architecting, implementing, and scaling ML features to empower product verticals and improve Reddit's user and content quantification. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for machine learning and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in people management
- 8+ years of work experience in a production software development environment
- Strong focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and ease of use
- Experience working on large-scale ML Systems serving 100s of millions of users
- Experience with building self-service platform enabling storage and sharing of large scale data and embeddings
