Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Strategic Finance, Yield Manager to join its Ads Marketplace team within Strategic Finance. The role will drive revenue performance by optimizing the balance between supply, demand, and pricing dynamics, and will own the analytical frameworks and strategic levers that maximize marketplace efficiency and long-term revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in yield management, ads marketplace, strategic finance, or revenue analytics
- Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or marketplace-based businesses strongly preferred
- Proven track record of influencing revenue outcomes through data-driven insights and strategy
