Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead

Reddit is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead to drive impact across our SMB sales team, with a focus on scaling our SMB business. This role will lead diverse, high-impact projects focused on go-to-market (GTM) motions and operational excellence for a rapidly growing part of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
• Experience in the advertising industry and vendor led sales organizations is preferred
• Data Proficiency: Skilled in researching and analyzing complex and large data sets
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across multiple business units, especially sales and finance
• Strategic and analytical capability: Strong strategic thinking and business intuition, excellent analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
