Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Lead Sales Enablement Program Manager to define, operationalize, and scale a best-in-class sales methodology for its global ads business. The role will own and continuously evolve the unified, global sales methodology, including governance, standards, and decision-making.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales methodology, sales strategy/operations, management consulting, or sales leadership in ad tech or digital media
- Proven track record owning or leading the rollout of a sales methodology across a global or large-scale sales organization
- Strong experience influencing VP/SVP-level leaders and stakeholder management skills
