Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Lead Sales Enablement Program Manager to define, operationalize, and scale a best-in-class sales methodology for its global ads business. The role involves partnering with senior sales leaders, HR, and Sales Enablement to embed methodology into the sales process and develop scalable programs.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales methodology, sales strategy/operations, management consulting, or sales leadership in ad tech or digital media
- Proven track record owning or leading the rollout of a sales methodology across a global or large-scale sales organization
- Strong experience influencing VP/SVP-level leaders and stakeholder management skills
