Job Description
Reddit is looking for a Lead Sales Enablement Program Manager to define, operationalize, and scale a best-in-class sales methodology for Reddit's global ads business.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales methodology, sales strategy/operations, management consulting, or sales leadership in ad tech or digital media
- Proven track record owning or leading the rollout of a sales methodology across a global or large-scale sales organization
- Strong experience influencing VP/SVP-level leaders and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills
- Data-informed and outcomes-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building programs, frameworks, and processes from the ground up
- You think in systems and playbooks, and you naturally design for scale, reuse, and localization
