Job Description
ReDiscover is seeking Community Support Specialists to provide case management services to individuals with mental illness or substance use. The position involves interacting with clients, facilitating their achievement of long-range outcomes, and removing barriers to access community resources.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
- Valid automobile driver's license and insurance
- Personal vehicle for transporting clients
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health
- Knowledge of community resources and health systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and computer skills
