Development & Major Gifts Officer

RCMA's Development and Community Relations Department is seeking a Development & Major Gifts Officer to grow financial support through major and planned gifts. The successful candidate will cultivate, steward, and solicit major gifts from donors in the Central Florida region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years in nonprofit development or fundraising
• Experience with donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge)
• Proven track record of raising significant funds up to one million dollars annually
