As the Senior Technical Account Manager, you will work with enterprise and scaling customers to execute on all post-sale functions, provide recommendations and direction to enable healthcare technology adoption, and collaborate internally to manage customer success plans and escalations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge
- Demonstrated experience with expanding customers and building franchises
- Functional understanding of data formats like HL7v2, XML, X12, APIs
- Understanding of various healthcare workflows
- Ability to proactively identify new solutions, scopes, and processes for customers
- Interest in working with ambiguous and changing responsibilities and initiatives
- Customer Success experience preferred
