Technical Onboarding Manager

Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. The company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager to partner with customers from contract assignment through their onboarding experience, providing recommendations and direction to enable seamless onboarding using Redox as their integration partner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge
• Functional understanding of data formats like HL7v2, XML, X12, APls
• Understanding of various healthcare workflows
• Demonstrated experience with expanding customers and building franchises
