Senior Events Manager

Redpanda is pioneering the Agentic Data Plane (ADP) - a new category in AI infrastructure that makes it simple and secure to connect AI agents with enterprise data and systems. We're looking for a Senior Global Events Manager to help scale and execute Redpanda's global event strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• Experience executing large-scale events across multiple regions for a fast moving SaaS organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on event performance
